Every woke up feeling slow and sluggish, out of energy, or just didn’t feel in the mood for anyone or anything, we’ll your not alone! One thing that I realize in any situation, waking up or tryng to get in the good mood to go out and have some fun, you have to know the how to’s to feeling great, just to make your day even week shine like the beautiful diva you are!   Even when your feeling blue these tricks and how to’s always seem to do it for me and just wanted to share them with you.

1.Let the sunshine in!

When you wake up in the morning, just the fact of that light coming in and shining all over makes a good start to the day! Because every time you get that sunlight and perhaps open the window (if its not to cold) really energizes your senses to get in that wake up and go mood!

2. Take a Shower or drop your face in cold Ice water!

I give you two options here. Taking a shower in the morning, shoot or even in the middle of the day really gives you a refreshed feeling of being renewed from the night before or yesterdays stress.  Even the face in ice cold water does even a better trick as well, it reduces that puffy wake up face and well the shock of the cold would sure to wake up anyone!

3.Turn Up The Music and dance!

If you really want to get in the mood for anything, music really does the trick! For an afternoon of relaxing or just to have playing before you go out for a fun night.  The music is an energy booster with the days events.  As well, a musical therapy for even the most sour mood folks!

4. Go Outside for a walk and get some air!

To the front yard or around the corner, get your body moving and that blood flowing.  The fresh air and the change of the same in the house feeling will really get your energy and mental mood going up to a more relaxed and happy state.  Don\t forget the mp3 player! or ask a friend to join you!

5.Don’t be a straight face. SMILE and LAUGH!

Their are thousands of millions of people around the world that practice laugh therapy.. and it does a world of wonders!   I know sitting in your room and just making yourself laugh out of thin air, might seem funny but try it, for 5 mins and you will feel the difference!  Here Ill help you get started enjoy the video form a very funny lady Called GloZell!
